CrystalVision Partners with New Hampshire Biotechnology Council

Portsmouth, NH. August 2, 2005 - CrystalVision Web Site Design and Internet Services of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, announced today that they have come to a mutually rewarding agreement with the New Hampshire Biotechnology Council. CrystalVision's partnership with the NH Biotech Council will have them perform a complete redesign of the NH Biotech Web Site as well as improve functionality to enhance the Council's outreach to potential and existing members. Starting immediately, CrystalVision will work closely with the NH Biotech Council board to create a strategic plan to be implemented for each of the different project phases. Deb Brewer, President of CrystalVision, stated, "The economic development of the biotechnology community within New Hampshire is a very vital and important activity. We are excited to affiliate ourselves with the NH Biotech Council and lend our expertise in creating functional web applications to further the encouragement and support of that rapidly expanding industry."

The initial phase of the redesign will entail a complete over-haul of the look and feel of the Web Site. The new pages will encompass the Council's mission and strategic plan, membership information and benefits, member resources, current news and research spotlights, calendar database of Council sponsored events, as well as a complete listing of their consortia associates with links to the individual associate sites and special offers for NH Biotech Council members.

The secondary phase of the project will have CrystalVision create a secure membership form to allow companies to securely join the council online. Also included within phase two, CrystalVision will implement a registration form which will permit members and non-members to securely enroll and remit payment for Council sponsored events and seminars. Additionally, throughout this and following phases, CrystalVision will configure the NH Biotech Web Site so that NH Biotech staff can update specific pages themselves. This will allow them to easily add news, events, member listings, etc. All hosting services and technical maintenance will be provided by CrystalVision.

"At present our Web Site is more 'dysfunctional'.", remarked Paula Newton, President of the New Hampshire Biotechnology Council. "It is a wonderful opportunity for the Council to have secured a well known and respected web design company such at CrystalVision. We are excited to partner with them and gain their expertise and technical skills in revamping our site into a functional and user-friendly one."
